1.2 No Due Date Payments:

All payments must be completed at the time of delivery. We do not offer delayed payment options or any credit-based transactions. Orders will not be delivered unless full payment is made upon delivery. Failure to make payment at the time of delivery may result in cancellation of the order and restriction from future purchases.

2.1 Website and Platform Usage:

SBTA Brand Hub provides an online platform that allows customers to browse, select, and order products from our catalog. Our website is available 24/7 for browsing, and we strive to ensure that it is always functional. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond our control.

All product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are intended to be accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all product information is always error-free. In the event of any inaccuracies or misrepresentations, we reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

3. Payment Method


3.1 Mode of Payment – COD:

As reiterated, SBTA Brand Hub only supports Cash on Delivery (COD) as the valid method of payment. Customers must ensure that the correct amount is available at the time of delivery. Delivery personnel are not authorized to accept any form of digital or partial payment.


3.2 Order Confirmation:

Orders placed through the website will be confirmed via SMS or email. Once confirmed, the customer is obligated to accept the delivery and make the payment as per the agreed terms.

4. Shipping Policy


4.1 Free Shipping:

SBTA Brand Hub offers free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value. We cover all standard delivery costs as a part of our customer-centric policy. There are no hidden charges or delivery fees included in your order total.


4.2 Delivery Timeline:

We strive to deliver all orders within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the customer's location and order volume. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional time. Customers will receive a delivery confirmation and tracking details once the order is dispatched.


4.3 Failed Deliveries:

If the customer is unavailable during delivery, our team will attempt a second delivery. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order may be canceled, and the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

5. Exchange Policy


5.1 Exchange Offer:

SBTA Brand Hub provides an exchange option for products under specific conditions. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following criteria:


The item must be unused and in its original packaging.


The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.


An original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.



5.2 Exchange Process:

To request an exchange, customers must contact our online customer service via email or chat within the allowed time frame. Our team will guide the customer through the exchange process. Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled and the new item dispatched after inspection.


5.3 Non-Exchangeable Items:

Items such as innerwear, cosmetics, or promotional goods may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons. Clearance sale products are also excluded unless they are found to be defective upon delivery.
